Position : Quality Control Officer/Senior Officer/Executive

  • Location: Gandhidham ( Gujrat )
  • Company: Ipca Laboratories Limited.
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Education: B.Sc., B.Pharma, or relevant Pharma degree
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in Quality Control or as a Reviewer/Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Review and analyze data from Quality Control tests and document results accurately.
  • Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards during all testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all quality control activities.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members in QC processes.
  • Perform quality control testing and analysis of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Document and report testing results accurately.
  • Support validation and maintenance of quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address quality issues effectively.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new team members.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc., B.Pharma, or a related field.
  2. 04 to 07 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Proven experience as a Reviewer or Analyst in relevant quality control functions.
  4. Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficient in using quality control equipment and software.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
