Santhome and Nandanam location.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for management of day to day operations of the branch.
2. Ensuring strict adherence to prescribed processes, audit and regulatory requirements.
3. Timely authorization and checking SO/SDO system input for customer transactions/ service request.
4. Branch Lobby and customer queue management.
5. Managing Cash (including Fx and Tcs) at the branch and ensuring that cash (including FX and TCs) is within branch limit.
6. Customer complaints Management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT.
7. Be responsible for the AML & KYC compliance of the various account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
Job Requirements :
1. Thorough understanding of banking and compliance part.
2. Customer Service Orientation.
3. Ability to manage and motivate front office Staff.
