- Position: Customer Service Manager
- Location: Bowenpally, Madhapur
- Preferred Industry: Automobile Industry Only
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve high standards of customer care.
- Handle complex customer issues and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate customer service staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals, issues, and improvements.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Implement and oversee service protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, service) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer feedback and work on strategies to enhance their experience.
- Implement customer retention programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
- Analyse customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Manage customer service budgets and resources.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing for the customer service department.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the automotive industry.
