Role Description
- Join us at Manipal TRUtest as a full-time Help Line professional stationed on-site in our Hyderabad location.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers.
- Day-to-day tasks involve answering calls, responding to inquiries, and reserving services.
- We are looking for candidates who can commit to the high standard of service that we offer.
- Evaluating problems and complaints of the callers.
- Should know Hindi, English & Telugu. Basic knowledge about computer.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with customer service (prior experience in healthcare, call center or related industry is preferred)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software and database systems
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with an emphasis on good customer service practices
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
