Role & responsibilities
VeSys Wiring Design and VeSys Harness: Siemens software tools used individually or together allowing wiring design data to flow seamlessly into associated harness designs. The key Features are:
- Rapid, right-first-time, error-free complete electrical systems and wiring harnesses design with numerous validation and analysis features including simulation for continuity, voltage drop and current directions and calculations
- Automated harness engineering for creation of production-ready drawings, BOMs, costings, NC files, and manufacturing reports
- Full process coverage from system design through manufacturing
- Built-in intelligent libraries for components, symbols and simulation models
- Design validation using integrated electrical behaviour and design automation with part selection.
- Integration between wiring, harness, and MCAD designs for data coherency, and cross domain collaboration
- Automated report generation, cross-referencing and parts selection
- Integration with MCAD and PLM systems and Capital add-ons.
Zuken E3.series is an electrical design software program with the following capabilities:
- Zuken E3.series includes features for electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, system design, wire harness manufacturing, control panel manufacturing, verification, and simulation.
- Support the design process, from definition and design through manufacturing and maintenance.
- Includes E3.RoutingBridge, which helps electrical and mechanical design teams collaborate.
- Generate standard reports like bills of materials, wire lists, and cable schedules.
- Represent panels in both 2D and 3D.
- Capture manufacturing data to power automated manufacturing, wiring, and assembly solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
- BE or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- No. of posts 4
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years in Electrical Wiring and Harness design and Simulation in Automotive or Aerospace or Heavy Engineering sector.
- Generation of Schematic drawings, BOM, Simulation reports and Manufacturing reports on Electrical Wiring and Harness design for Automotive sector using VeSys and Zuken tools.
- Expertise in VeSys Design, VeSys Harness and Zuken E3 tools.
- Capable to train, build and lead the design team.
