Job description
Role & responsibilities
AQA
1. Review of Analytical Instrument calibration records.
2. Review of Qualification procedures of Analytical instruments.
3. Ensuring that all method transfer, validation protocols and reports are as per the SOP
requirement.
4. Review of Standard Operating procedures, protocols and formats related to Quality Control
Department
5. Responsible for co-ordination with concern departments and monitoring of OOS, OOT,
CAPA and Deviations activities and maintaining the respective Log books.
6. Responsible for retrieve and review of raw materials, Intermediates, Finished products and
stability raw data and calibration data.
QMS
1. Making sure that the Change controls, Temporary change controls are raised wherever
necessary and approved by concern departments and maintaining the log books.
2. Reviewing of New Batch production records and new Batch/Area cleaning records
3. Reviewing of New process proposals and reports, process validation protocol and reports,
cleaning validation protocols and reports, milling/micronizing process validation protocols
and reports and maintaining the validation logs.
4. Preparation of Trial protocols and Trial Reports.
Candidate must have experience in API Manufacturing.
