Presently we are hiring for the position of Customer Service Officer – Email Support/or Voice support for our Corporate Office located at Pune.
Position – Customer Service Officer Voice Support
Locations – Pune, Koregaon Park
Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience – 1 to 4 years of experience preferably into Email process, Email support, chat process, chat support and should have basic understanding of financial statements, key financial numbers, KYC documents, bank statement, GST. Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
