Job Role: Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Notice Period: Immediate or 30days.
Shift Timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (IST)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth secondary data research using various methodologies to extract valuable insights.
- Analyse complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proactively engage with clients, managing their requirements and ensuring satisfaction throughout the research process.
- Customize research approaches based on client needs, demonstrating a client-centric mind-set.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience Needed:
- Proficient in secondary data research methodologies, with a proven track record of extracting valuable insights from diverse sources.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and synthesize complex data sets, providing actionable recommendations for decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing client requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific databases and tools for efficient secondary data collection and analysis.
