Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Generation: Research and identify new market opportunities within the international IT sector.
Platform Mastery: Find relevant projects and approach clients on professional portals including LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer.
Proposal Engineering: Draft high-conversion, jargon-free proposals and business documents for both national and international clients.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process to attract and onboard new clients.
Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and senior team members to identify technical and operational risks in potential projects.
Relationship Management: Maintain fruitful, long-term relationships with existing clients and effectively address their evolving technical needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and communicate complex software development and AI engineering concepts.
Platform Expertise: Proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn.
Communication: Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini).
Other requirements
Educational Background: Preference for graduates with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration with a strong technical orientation.
Industry Awareness: Candidates should have a foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI/ML service models.
Platform Experience: Prior experience (internship or freelance) managing profiles or bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant plus.
Communication Excellence: High proficiency in written English is mandatory, with the ability to draft concise, jargon-free business proposals for international clients.
Location/Availability: Must be able to align with international time zones (when required) for client discovery calls or urgent bidding cycles.
