Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop process maps, workflows, and detailed process documentation.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning and management, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss requirements, review solutions, and provide updates. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Identify and document issues and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by preparing documentation, training materials, and communication plans. Assist in the implementation of new processes or systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
