- Role: Process Specialist / Senior Process Associate
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end fund/wealth/superannuation reconciliations.
- Handle cash, stock, Nostro, Depot, and bank account reconciliations.
- Manage reconciliation platforms such as TCS BaNCS, TLM, Intellimatch, or Recon Frontier.
- Address reconciliation exceptions, manage workflows, and resolve queries.
- Clear long-standing queries, posting errors, and ensure timely backlog resolution.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Graduate (full-time).
- Experience: 2–8 years in investment management, wealth management, or investment banking.
- Skills:
- Expertise in cash reconciliation.
- Familiarity with reconciliation platforms like TCS BaNCS, TLM, Intellimatch, etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
