Job description
Hiring for – Service Desk (Technical Support || International voice) Responsibilities
- Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
– Communication issues between paint dispensers and the PC- Color match machines in the Paint department are having calibration issues. – PC losing network connectivity.- Issues within selling tools and software. – Application support for all selling tools and color designing softwares.
Should Aware of PC/Laptop troubleshooting Both Hardware & Software.- Knowledge of networking and support.- Additional knowledge on Thermal printers or Spectrometers will be advantageous
Qualifications
- Any Btech Graduate / Freshers / 6 to 1 year can apply
- preferred Qualifications Btech
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge
- Only Immediate joiners are preferred
- Work from Office/ Rotational Shift ( Including Night Shifts) Rotational off
- Both side Transportation Provided
