Automotive CATIA Designing
Exterior Trims Product Design & Development
1. Front & Rear Bumper systems, Grill, Energy Absorber, Claddings, Wheel arch Liners, etc.
2. Catia V5 – Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting. Experience on PLM – Connect
3. Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis.
4. DFx ( Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)
5. Tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable
6. Understand CAE requirements and results for project requirements & implementation.
7. Knowledge of Color & Texture, Materials
Must have worked on Automotive 4 wheeler.
