Role & responsibilities:

Need to provide the resolution and solve the query of US Based customers over the voice calls.

Interview Rounds- All(Face2Face)

Having experience or knowledge about Technical terms like troubleshooting,router, etc.

Preferred candidate profile: Experience in International BPO(Minimum 6 months required)
