Job description
- Designation-
- Customer Support Associate – 6 month Contractual Job (work from home)
- Fluent English and Hindi both language mandatory.
- Job Profile-
- Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support- voice process
- Mandatory Criteria-
- Laptop is mandatory- check below for system configuration deatils .
- Minimum HS pass and Freshers can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
- Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 months
- Customer orientation
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
- System configuration
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- 8GB RAM
- Must have own Broadband/WIFI
- Processor I5 & above
- Power backup
- Noise cancellation USB headset
