- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers & experienced – both can apply
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
- No major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Must be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts
- Should not have attended Flipkart interviews in last 3 months
- Must not take planned leave for first 3 months after joining
