Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Follow company communication guidelines
  • Meet process compliance and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Freshers & experienced – both can apply
  • Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
  • No major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
  • Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Must be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Should not have attended Flipkart interviews in last 3 months
  • Must not take planned leave for first 3 months after joining

Salary Details

 Fixed Salary (100% Permanent Hiring):

Working Conditions

  • 2 rotational week-offs
  • 10-hour duty (9 hrs work + 1 hr break)
