Job Title: Shift In Charge – Production (Section Mill)
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production activities in the Section Mill during the shift.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Section Mill to meet production targets.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to address any issues.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Train and supervise production staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in production management in Section Mill, Stainless Steel Division, Hot Rolling Mill, or Steel Melt Shop.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment used in steel manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
