Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices related industry) .
- Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy.
- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and social media.
- Screening candidates based on the requirements specified by the department head or manager.
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates from the first contact till the release of offer letters.
- Leveraging existing professional networks(i. e. subcontractors, referrals) and other social media (i. e. LinkedIn, google groups etc. ) tools along with other non traditional recruitment methods to source and attract talent.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team manager to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Required Skills:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- B Pharma/B.Sc. Biotechnology/BSC Microbiology/BSC Biology and any other medical degree would be added advantage.
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a positive attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Work Location: Race Course, Bangalore.
