- Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
- Department: Medical Billing – US Process
- Mode: Work from Office
- Eligibility: Any Graduate (including 2025 pass-outs without backlogs)
Responsibilities
- Handle US Healthcare AR calling process.
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve claims.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Deliver high-quality support in night shifts.
Skills
- Excellent English communication (oral & listening).
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
- Analytical, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year BPO experience can apply.
- Prior international voice process experience is a plus.
