Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage large amount of outgoing calls
- 2. Respond efficiently & accurately to callers
- 3. Understanding & strive to meet outbound metrics
- 4. Provide accurate ,valid and complete information by using multiple applications
- 5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- 6. Keep records of customer interactions
- 7. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Secondary Responsibilities
- 8. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Skills
- 9. Familiar with 3 languages (English, Hindi & Telugu)
10.Customer oriented attitude with professionalism
11.Good knowledge of CRM systems and practices
12.Excellent communication & listening skills with good up selling skills
13. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Note : Fluency in all the above mentioned Languages (English , Hindi and Telugu) is a must
