Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage large amount of outgoing calls

  • 2. Respond efficiently & accurately to callers
  • 3. Understanding & strive to meet outbound metrics
  • 4. Provide accurate ,valid and complete information by using multiple applications
  • 5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • 6. Keep records of customer interactions
  • 7. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Secondary Responsibilities

  • 8. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Skills
  • 9. Familiar with 3 languages (English, Hindi & Telugu)

10.Customer oriented attitude with professionalism

11.Good knowledge of CRM systems and practices

12.Excellent communication & listening skills with good up selling skills

13. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Note : Fluency in all the above mentioned Languages (English , Hindi and Telugu) is a must
