Looking for Customer Service Representative with International voice background for US Process.
Job Location: Gurgaon (both side Transport)
Shift Timing: Us Process (Night Shift)
Summary
- Customer service through calls.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver resolution in the first conversation.
- Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort.
- Maintain internal and client level delivery quality on calls, chats and email conversations.
- Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies.
- Execute issue / query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Identify, share and support operational improvements.
