- Processor-1-3 Years, ( Notice Period-Immediate to 15 Days only), Experience in Loan Origination or Servicing
- Live Underwriter-3-4+ years of mortgage processing experience and a background in Mortgage Originations Ops.
- Senior Processor- 5 to 9 Years
- Team Leader- 4 to 8 Years in Loan Servicing ( 1 Year Team leader on Papers is Must)
- Group Leader- 5 to 10 Years experience in Loan origination or Servicing (2 Years team leader on Papers is must)-
Job description:
- Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination/Servicing
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
