Roles & Responsibilities:

 Provide technical support for end-users via calls, chat, email, or walk-ins
 Diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve IT issues (Windows, Mac, VDI, VPN, MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
 Log and document incidents in the management tool
 Escalate critical tickets requiring urgent action
 Follow ITIL framework and adhere to SLAs
 Ensure high customer service standards
 Open to working in a 24×7 shift environment

Skills :

 IT Helpdesk (Voice) experience preferred
 Excellent verbal & written communication skills
 Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
 Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, MFA, Printer Mapping
 Familiarity with ITIL concepts
 Ability to troubleshoot standard applications (Outlook, MS Office, Zoom, Jabber, Browsers, etc.)
 Good problem-solving & organizational skills
