  • Experience in Banking operations
  • Experience in card Operations, credit card disputes
  • Reponsible for timely processing and downloading of settlement files for Visa/mastercard
  • Complete tasks related to data entry, following up on requests, complaint management, reviewing credit report, researching the system and correcting the credit bureaus, general correspondence, research
  • Good communication skills & with a typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Notice period- Immediate to 10 Days
  • Fresher with good Communication, Degree completed candidates, with Provisional certificates
