Responsibilities

  • Provide seller support across email, chat, and voice channels
  • Handle queries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
  • Switch seamlessly between channels based on business needs
  • Document customer interactions accurately and on time
  • Resolve issues, manage escalations, and maintain customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATION

  • Education: Graduation mandatory (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers / Experienced (0–2 years)
  • Skills Required:
    • Fluent in English (verbal & written) with neutral accent
    • Strong grammar & sentence structure
    • Customer handling skills (active listening, empathy, resolution mindset)
    • Comfortable with email, chat, and voice support
    • Analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Other Requirements:
    • Flexible for rotational shifts & week-offs
    • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Role: Seller Support Executive (Voice / Chat / Email Support)
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Salary: ₹2.25 – 3.5 LPA
Location: Hyderabad
