Job description
Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical products to purchase doctors.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors to drive product awareness and sales.
– Good product & Company presentations and detailing to doctors.
– Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and position product to doctor.
– Good Negotiation skill to handle purchase segment of Super specialities, consultants and close the sales
– Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
– Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies and make products as brands
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry and preferably a Science Graduate.
– Proven track record of successfully promoting products to consultants and achieving targets consistently.
– Strong communication preferably in English and interpersonal skills and good knowledge about the topography and purchase doctors in that territory.
– Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with the customers and your team
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
– Desire to grow and learn more.
