Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute long-term strategies for product portfolios.
Ensure alignment with company goals and market needs.
2. Team Management:
Lead and mentor product managers and associate product managers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs.
3. Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Identify new opportunities for product development or improvement.
4. Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of products, from development to discontinuation.
Manage product launches, including planning and execution.
5. Budget Management:
Plan and manage budgets for marketing and promotional activities.
Ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
7. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all marketing and product activities comply with regulatory requirements.
8. Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Use insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
