Requirements:
1. R&D (Research & Associate)
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
- Designation: Research Associate
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of practical organic chemistry (purification techniques, isolations, air-sensitive reactions)
- Conducting laboratory operations safely
2. R&D (Senior Scientist)
- Qualification: Regular Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Designation: Senior Scientist
- Experience: 0 to 15 Years
- Skills Required:
- Evaluating safe, scalable, and commercially viable synthetic routes
- Leading and mentoring research scientists
- Developing and scaling up cost-effective manufacturing processes
- Providing technical leadership for process troubleshooting and technology transfer
3. IPR / IPM (Intellectual Property Rights / Management)
- Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry
- Designation: Officer
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Skills Required:
- Conducting literature searches using SciFinder and other tools
- Patent evaluation of KSM/API ROS (Key Starting Material / Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient – Route of Synthesis)
- Patent drafting, patent filing, FTO (Freedom to Operate) analysis, claim mapping, and literature review
4. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Qualification: B.Sc. + Safety Diploma
- Designation: Officer
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years
- Skills Required:
- Identifying unsafe acts/conditions
- Managing work permits and incident investigations
- Conducting trainings, mock drills, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations
