Roles and Responsibilities
US IT Bench Sales
- A qualified candidate must have 2 – 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT,CPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT Job consulting industry.
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099…
- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, recruitment sales process.
- Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) & also need to have good network of tier-1 vendors/ Tier-2 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.
- Must also possess got professional connections and contacts with US IT Recruiters.
- Well versed in knowledge of application Process in Job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Must have good attitude. Important requirements
- Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.
- MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
- Work and build relations with different types of Clients /Tier 1 vendors / Tier -2 Vendors
Desired Candidate Profile
