JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesis: Execute Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) and solution-phase chemistry, including resin preparation and operation of automated platforms.
- Downstream Processing: Lead purification via preparative HPLC and manage lyophilization (freeze-drying) cycles.
- Process Optimization: Oversee process troubleshooting and routine maintenance of DAC columns.
- Equipment Qualification: Ensure compliance and qualification of DAC, lyophilizers, ATFE, and ultrafiltration systems.
- Resource Management: Manage large-scale solvent handling and recycling protocols within the production environment.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in multiple stages like
Synthesis
Clevage
Purification of Peptide Manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of amino acids, peptide synthesis, and downstream processing.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with preparative HPLC, purification, and lyophilization.
