The story of Vital began in 1994, when Mr. S. Venugopal Setty founded Vital Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to make veterinary medicines accessible to farmers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Guided by his passion and perseverance, he built an organization grounded in trust, service, and affordability.
In 1999, his younger brother, Mr. Ramesh Babu Setty, an M.Pharm graduate from Raichur, joined the mission; bringing scientific precision and formulation expertise to the company. Together, they laid the foundation for a future built on both purpose and performance.
Their milestone moment came in 2004, with the establishment of Vital Therapeutics & Formulations Pvt. Ltd. a GMP-approved manufacturing facility and one of the largest in its category for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms. This marked Vital’s transition from a trading company to a full-scale manufacturer, capable of delivering world-class quality at scale.
Over time, Vital expanded its presence into Human Pharmaceuticals, Animal Health & Nutrition (poultry, ruminant, and aqua), and Human Nutrition, supported by advanced Formulation Research & Development.
In 2025, the group realized another milestone with the launch of a state-of-the-art Formulation R&D Centre, a culmination of decades of scientific commitment. The Centre focuses on developing cost-effective, trial-backed drug delivery systems, reducing antibiotic dependence in animal production, and pioneering evidence-based alternatives that empower veterinarians and farmers alike.

1. Supervisor – Warehouse / Logistics (Dispatch) Department – Male
- Qualification: BA / B. Com / BSc
- Experience: 0 to 1year (Passed Out: 2023 to 2026)
- Nature of work: Invoice Entries, Billing Entries, take care of material weighing, go down Stock checking, Loading, Unloading Checking, Handling of storage checking and issuing of material from Go down, Preparation of E-way Bills, knowledge in MS-Office – Word and Excel.
2. Department: QC – Male / Female
- Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy /MSc
