Job Responsibilities
Production
- Perform API manufacturing operations.
- Operate production equipment as per SOPs.
- Follow GMP guidelines and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records and batch documentation.
- Ensure smooth production activities.
Maintenance
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Assist in installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
- Ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Quality Control
- Perform analysis using HPLC and Gas Chromatography (GC).
- Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Prepare analytical reports and maintain laboratory documentation.
- Follow GMP and GLP requirements.
Assistant – Head Office
- Handle office documentation and system-related tasks.
- Maintain records and administrative data.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing (Production).
- Mechanical maintenance skills (Maintenance).
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC (Quality Control).
- Good documentation practices.
- Computer and system knowledge (Assistant role).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
