Your Impact (Role & Responsibilities)
- Frontline Compliance: Manage international voice processes, supporting clients across Dubai, the U.S., and other global markets on critical financial compliance matters.
- Financial Integrity: Leverage your mandatory expertise in AML, KYC, EDD, and CDD to authenticate profiles and manage global risk.
- Fraud Detection: Actively investigate suspicious, fraud-related transactions to safeguard financial networks.
- Risk Management: Mitigate operational risks while providing exceptional service and clear problem resolution over the phone.
Who You Are (Candidate Requirements)
- Domain Experts: Minimum of 1 year of core experience in AML/KYC within a Voice Process is mandatory.
- Language Masters: Flawless, fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle high-stakes global client conversations.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree holders.
- Immediate Starters: Ready to hit the ground running? We are looking for immediate joiners only.
- Local Champions: Must be a resident of the local hiring area (outstation candidates are strictly not eligible).
