Key Skills & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API R&D / Synthesis
- Practical knowledge of chemical synthesis
- Experience in laboratory-scale synthesis activities
- Ability to perform and monitor chemical reactions
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/API R&D processes
- Good laboratory practices and safe handling of chemicals
- Ability to maintain appropriate laboratory records and documentation
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API R&D and Synthesis will be preferred. The position is particularly suitable for chemistry professionals currently working in API research, process development, synthetic chemistry or pharmaceutical R&D laboratories.
