Job description
Seeking ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and Python (with the pandas library) to analyze and interpret complex datasets. The Data Analyst will play a key role in extracting insights from healthcare data to drive informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources.
- Utilize Python, particularly the pandas library, to clean, manipulate, and visualize data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense or similar tools to present key findings and metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes, patient outcomes, and overall healthcare delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python, particularly with the pandas library.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams.
Preference:
- Experienced in creating dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense or similar BI tools.
