Educate customers and bank teams on benefits of investments through 3-in-1 account. Ensure adherence to KYC guidelines.
Job Summary
Work closely with ICICI Bank team to source for 3-in-1 account combining savings, trading, and demat accounts in the assigned region and ensuring a customer-first approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible to collaborate with ICICI Bank team for 3 in 1 account (combination of savings/salary, trading and demat accounts) in given region
- To ensure right product is advised and sold to right customer. At all times customer should be kept on priority and seek to understand customer needs and service them on priority.
- Product and after sales support to the ICICI Bank team for handling customer queries and escalations if any.
- To meet the KYC guidelines by checking all the KYC related documents from the customers
