Job description
Role & Responsibilities –
- Sales Target Achievement – Achievement of monthly sales targets in value and volume (litres/kg)
- Market Coverage & Beat Plan – Daily outlet visits, productive calls, and adherence to assigned beat plan
- New Outlet Development – Opening new retail outlets, dairy shops, general trade outlets, and institutional customers
- Product Availability & Distribution – Ensuring availability of milk, curd, paneer, chaanch, and other assigned products
- Order Booking & Billing – Daily order generation, conversion of orders into invoices, and order fulfilment coordination
- Collections & Outstanding Control – Timely collection of payments and control of overdue outstanding amounts
- Retailer Relationship Management – Retailer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and retention of existing outlets
- Visibility & Product Promotion – Display compliance, promotional activity execution, and communication of schemes
- Reporting & Sales Discipline – Timely submission of daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor information
- Product Handling & Quality – Compliance with cold-chain requirements, FIFO/FEFO, expiry monitoring, and reduction of product returns
Reporting Time on field – 06:00 AM in the morning.
